BUSSERS & BARBACKS

We are looking to hire Bussers and Barbacks for all shifts. Bussers are responsible for the cleanliness of the entire space including dining room, outdoor courtyard, restrooms, etc. Barbacks are responsible for assisting bartenders, cleaning glassware, stocking supplies, and other duties.

COUNTER ATTENDANTS

Counter attendants will be positioned for stationed service and will require cash register interaction per customer. This is a customer facing position that represents our marketplace and comes with well above average pay. Cash handling and POS system experience, Servsafe capable.


CRAFT COCKTAIL SPECIALIST

 

We are looking to hire craft cocktail specialists with a strong background in cocktail making. Candidates must be able to show knowledge as well as an ability to work with volume. Flexible Schedule. Competitive Pay.


BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ANALYST

Bistro 108, Inc. is recruiting a Business Development Analyst to both help build out its catering kitchen located in Union City, and to work at its food court/restaurant - The Pennsylvania Market - located in Pittsburgh. The Business Development Analyst's responsibilities will include the following duties in Union City (see below for duties in Pittsburgh):

Modify previously-designed financial modeling as needed to address issues that may have caused delays in the past in rolling out the catering and food-delivery initiatives

Insert data gleaned from past sales reports, payroll, financial statements, inventory management, expenses into financial model to determine how to better re-launch the catering and food-delivery initiatives

Determine whether any data in financial indicates that positions ordutiesof supervised employees (executive chef, delivery persons, accountant) need to be modified

Determine whether any data in financial model indicates that marketing, sales, manufacturing, or supplies strategies need to be modified

Determine whether any data in financial model indicates that expenses must be adjusted or reduced

Conduct market research into target and current demographic in New Jersey to be served by the catering and food-delivery initiatives

Conduct market research into business opportunities and strategies of competitors in New Jersey not currently being utilized by the business

Ensure that construction to the building where catering and cooking will take place stays within the expense data from financial models

Communicate expectations and conclusions from data analysis to both supervised employees such as the Operational Assistant and the Staff Accountant as well as direct superior, the President of the company

Identify new technologies that would better serve the business

The Business Development Analyst's responsibilities will include the following duties in Pittsburgh:

Modify previously-designed financial modeling as needed

Create new financial modeling to adjust to new additions to the business, including restaurants, bars, and artisans

Integrate new financial models into previous financial model as needed

Review sales reports, payroll, financial statements, inventory management, expenses for weaknesses that do not benefit the business

Insert data gleaned from sales reports, payroll, financial statements, inventory management, expenses into financial model

Determine whether any data in financial indicates that positions ordutiesof supervised employees (front of house manager, bar manager, bookkeeper, event manager, executive chef) need to be modified

Determine whether any data in financial model indicates that marketing, sales, manufacturing, or supplies strategies need to be modified

Determine whether any data in financial model indicates that expenses must be adjusted or reduced

Conduct market research into target and current demographic in Pittsburgh being served by the marketplace

Conduct market research into business opportunities and strategies of competitors in Pittsburgh not currently being utilized by the business

Determine whether key partnerships, collaborators, vendors, and offered events are best serving these demographics

Design information system to best track and record client demographics, company performance, and client retention

Identify aspects of key partnerships, collaborators, vendors, and offered events that could attract new demographics not currently being served

constantly analyze financial and data modeling to determine where the business may be improved or expanded

Communicate expectations and conclusions from data analysis to both supervised employees such as the Operational Assistant and the Staff Accountant as well as direct superior, the President of the company

Communicate expectations and conclusions from data analysis to suppliers and merchants that do business in the marketplace

Use results of data analysis to determine suitability of current suppliers and merchants in the marketplace to client demographics, both current and target

Collaborate with marketing staff to bring in new target demographics

Identify new technologies that would better serve the business
